| A lot of the stuff made in the show are very, and I mean very, basic stuff. They might look fancy too people who've never cooked in their life but if you do any sort of cooking, a lot of the food cooked is literally just pouring some store bought sauce on it and frying it. I wouldn't say it's exactly healthy, if you've noticed a lot of it is deep fried, but it's good stuff nonetheless. |

Yeah they addressed it this episode, didn't seem to do much about it though, they have the gods blessing anyways. Fel wouldn't get sick, Sui can pretty much melt entire goblin hordes and Mukoda, well idk really, but he eats other stuff as well probably and maybe the blessing makes him immune to illnesses too. Anyways it's not really anything important as it could be explained in many different ways. Don't ask me why I decided to randomly rant about the diet of fictional characters |
| Yes, I've made Karaage and Tonkotsu because of this show. Unfortunately I didn't have access to Orc, Rock Bird, or Black Serpent, so I had to substitute chicken or pork. |

| I cook chicken breast the *exact* same way he made the black serpent. Its been one of my staple meals for years. Watching him cook on screen was surreal for me as he followed all my steps almost exactly. |

It's almost criminally underrated for Isekai. Isekai ojisan over Konosuba is reasonable But Grimgar is by no means underrated, it's perfectly rated. Man do I wish it kept up the quality of the first episode. Grimgar had a pretty generic 'the mc' story, and the concept of loss was implemented pretty badly. It didn't have anything in the plot for that to carry it, add it to the deterioration in animation quality after the first 2 episodes and the series becomes pretty forgettable. But yeah it's still pretty nice for a standard Isekai, it at least puts them to the test and not instantly make them op. |
