I should warn you tho, the anime depicts a love triangle, and in a manner that may be displeasing to some people; Yagate Kimi ni Naru - again, it has exactly what you're looking for, but I also should warn you that the anime revolves around girls love; Cross Game - it's a beautiful coming of age story, but it's more pure than the previous recommendations, so you won't be getting a lot of kisses and stuff; Kuzu no Honkai - you'll have lots of kisses and stuff, packed with realistic drama and controversial topics, but it features a love polygon, and that implies some wrong choices, taboos and pretty fucked up situations that involves equally fucked up characters, so keep that in mind. |

Cyberpunk, which we both gave 10/10, is a perfect mix of lots of stuff, action, and romance strongly driving the story. I miss so much more anime like this! Another one, not romance but with complete romance: https://myanimelist.net/anime/47790/Sekai_Saikou_no_Ansatsusha_Isekai_Kizoku_ni_Tensei_suru but typical modern Isekai. Judging by the score you gave to SAO, which the very only interesting thing to me was the AsunaxKirito, dunno if you will enjoy (anyway,that one is better overall than SAO). |

| There's Kimi no Iru Machi which has most of the stuff you're looking for, although to be honest I didn't think it was that good. The prequel Kimi no Iru Machi: Tasogare Kousaten has substantially less story development but I thought it was much better. Both have romantic (kissing, hugging, touching, grouping) and sad moments (crying, break ups etc). Maybe it might be too lighthearted for you, but I really enjoyed Tsuki ga Kirei. It's more on the wholesome side, but there is still solid development between the leads and they do hug/kiss several times in the second half of the show. |
