It's officially licensed in English by Yen Press , so translating it could lead to legal pursuits.
Not many teams would dare do that nowadays , but one of them translated Chapter 63 a month ago.
Maybe they'll do more , maybe not.

Some peoples are respectful of the licenses , other not.

If you want to read the rest of the Chapters , you'll just have to wait for Yen Press to release the last few Volumes.
Volume 11 is set to be released in a few weeks , and it'll go further than the currently fan-translated chapters.
They'll probably completely translate everything around October 2023.
