At the end of 0, we see Okabe and the crew still having their memories and wordlines intact even after the dmail was sent. So... I guess not because it seems that by 0 and the movie's logic, multiple world lines can actually co exist parallel with each other.

correct me if I'm wrong. Not sure tbh

in the 2025 worldline he travels back to save mayuri and suzuha before he has daru send the dmail back to 2010. it is HEAVILY implied that he let suzuha and mayuri go back in the time machine and stayed behind himself, and died in the wasteland, since the time machine only had room for 2 passengers. if hes dead reading steiner cannot activate.
