From which chapter to continue after the anime?

According to anime forum's posts, the anime adaption is faithful to the manga. So, how many chapters were adapted and from which chapter should I start reading the manga?

It is shocking to find how many people do not believe they can learn, and how many more believe learning to be difficult.

You can start at Chapter 122.
Note that the Anime is not 100% faithfull , and removed/changed a few things.
