Mayoi Hachikuji (Kira Buckland - Jolyne Kujo)
Tsubasa Hanekawa (Erica Mendez - Megumin)
Shinobu Oshino (Amanda Lee - Marin Kitagawa)

These are currently the 3 characters that have an English VA attached to them.

So when did this happen and what video or thing did the VAs dub?

Edit: lol, so apparently these are the VAs for the audio book.

Koyomi Araragi, Dramaturgy - voiced by Erik Kimerer (Ryuuji Takasu)
Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade, Tsubasa Hanekawa - voiced by Cristina Vee (Darkness, Killua)
Meme Oshino - voiced by Keith Silverstein (Hisoko (HxH))

These are the only ones I can only find for now

I think they might be from the dubbed audiobooks of Monogatari Series. The series does have some English audiobooks. I think the English voice actors might be representing that.

For what it's worth, the audiobooks are absolutly fantastic. It plays out like a radio drama and the cast absolutely nails it

Mono is incredibly hard to translate as is, and part of what makes the characters feel like themselves is how nailed their performances are, with dub i find its rare to find such attatchment to a character and their va performance.
