| Well this is the most common question, but I'm really curious :P I like him because he is stubborn, short-tempered, caring, and his love for mayo gives him a cute childlike quality which is so hard to resist! :3 He is also super cool and is always there for his friends ^.^ What about you guys? | Well... He`s really smart and attentive, kind, understandable. Easy-going in some way ) You`ve mentioned most of "why`es" though. But the main point for me - he makes me smile. |

| Well... what do I like about him? It's a long list xD Firstly, he's really hot handsome ^^. In every clothing ( shinsengumi outfit, Tosshi mode, without anything xD ). Secondly, I love his character... he's devoted to his friends ( and job ), he's got a strong will, he also has a soft side... Thirdly, he's really funny xD And the last... Mayo, Mayo, Mayo, Mayo, Mayo *-* I started using mayonese instead of butter in my sandwiches xD |

| ill tell u what i like about him: his mayo-obsesion -cool hair -pretty eyes -fighting skills -smartness -the fact that he's very similar to Gin -I LOVED him in Mitsuba's and Itou's arc too. So cool. -his sometimes VERY unexpected kindness to Sougo( it happened in 1 arc. tht arc tht was 2 eps long, with tht creep Jigzaw a.k.a Hiro-kun) But i hate him for smoking |

| He's very handsome, epic, funny thanks to being quick-tempered and mayonnaise-lover. He's a skilled and brave warrior and responsible Shinsengumi officer and has awesome seiyuu in anime. I could not forgive him one thing - that he decided not to be with his beloved Mitsuba. Of course, it was beautiful that he did it for her happiness but he didn't realize that she would be happy the most by his side. Oh my, maybe that's why I love the story about that pairing... Anyway - it's hard not to like Hijikata ^^ |
