Why is the last chaper Chapter 73, but it is listed here as having 81 chapters?

Basically the title, when tracking progress, this entry is listed as having 81 chapters, but when I look around at various reading sites, the last chapter is listed as Chapter 73.

What are the missing chapters, or why is there a discrepancy?

Volume 5 contains bangai-hen "Iccho Die Hard na Hitojichi Kyuushutsu Sakusen to Mairimashou ya!!" (いっちょダイハードな人質救出作戦と参りましょうや!!). 1st volume release commemoration extra; Shounen Jump no.49

Volume 6 contains bangai-hen "Binbougami-domo ga!!" (貧乏神共が!); Jump SQ Second Vol.4

Volume 10 contains bangaihen "Ichiban Oishii Tokoro wa Yuzutte Sashiagemasuwa!" (一番おいしい所は譲って差し上げますわ!); SQ.19 February 2011

Volumes 11 and 13 contain two bangai-hen chapters each.

Total chapter count is 81.
