Is there anyone who read this old manga?

Originally, I was planning to watch the K-Drama titled, "Boys Over Flowers" until I learned that it was originally a manga with multiple adaptations in multiple regions. So, I decided to read the manga before I watch the show. If there is anyone who has read the manga, feel free to knock me.

I read the Manga from 2016-2017,
The anime finished airing 10 years before the manga was completed so I am not sure how similar they are. I have watched a few live-action versions of this series, boys over flowers is not my favorite.
if you have Netflix check out meteor garden, its Chinese but its so much better, if you can get over the fact the whole series was shot in the middle of winter in shanghai.

I read manga. I even bought the serial magazine for a while and read the latest episode. I have not seen the Korean or Japanese versions of the live-action dramas. For some reason, I remember seeing only the first Japanese live-action movie. I have seen only a few episodes of the anime.

I have the impression that the live-action drama was better than the anime.
