No. There are other shounens with a adventure kinda theme but nothing ever is or can get close to One Piece. Yes, I’m being a fanboy. Deal with it.

well, i can tell you some anime which have the similar genre or demographics, but they're all pretty different in their own way. plus its hard to think of an anime or manga like one piece with it's scale of world and world building. it sets a high standard for that... hmmm. lemme think... world building and adventure... well, i can tell you to try "magi" it starts off pretty adventurous and doing nice world building. but nowhere close to oda's world imo. but u should try it out, it's not that bad actually. I'm reading it's manga rn and i gotta say, it's not bad.

Hunter X Hunter would be my biggest recommendation if you want something thats most like One Piece.

If you like Adventure, you could try Toriko. It has got a pretty good world building and a concept at that. Although the manga is much better than the anime.

Fairy tail,Hunter X Hunter,Bleach kinda,Rave master kinda probably Fairy tail is most like one piece to me anyway oh and Naruto

If you’re interested in worldbuilding and adventures then i recommend Made in Abyss (its a bit darker than one piece tho)

but Kochikame and Jibaku kun also look a lot like it.

I recommend Hunter X Hunter. It shares similarities with One Piece when it comes to politics, adventure, and worldbuilding except HxH is more polished and more character centric so the characters in HxH is more complex and developed

not about pirates but here's some shows with the same vibes imo: fairy tail, hunter x hunter, naruto and gintama. maybe bleach too but I'm not sure bout it

The 1999 hxh has 2 arcs and then greed Island OVA. However 2011 remake has 5 arcs and has kind of a closure at the end. Pushing you to continue reading the Manga with some unanswered questions. Anyway, I've watched both of them and I don't think any of them is a waste of time.

Jojo’s if you want worldbuilding its an interesting take on worldbuilding especially with part 4 making you gain a familiarity with its relatively small setting, you can almost picture the route from josukes house to his school, the restaurant and ghost alleyway inbetween, its complex but simple, really homely feeling to it, plus it has that “building a crew” aspect that makes one piece so great, characters just interacting and becoming friends, etc.
Other than that, naruto, ive heard black clover has a lot of good things going for it and their mc’s motivations are the same “king of the wizards”

Original dragon ball and also dragon ball Z. Both made by funimation and have the same sense of adventure, a similar MC, and epic fight scenes

i don't know anime about pirates, but if u talk about fight and friendship u can watch - hitman reborn, bleach, fairy tail(but this one boring about 100 ep), gray man.
