The program that is called Chiaki in Danganronpa two is based on the existence of the real Chiaki because she was an important presence to everybody in the class. The positive memories associated with real Chiaki is why the Future Foundation recreated her in ai form.

the chiaki in the game was based on the chiaki in the class who had been killed by Junko
