Would you buy the light novels if they were published in English?

Would you consider buying OreImo light novels if they received an official English translation?

I really enjoyed watching OreImo (it's a guilty-pleasure) but I was disappointed with its ending. I'm also disappointed with how the light novels were never translated and the manga doesn't serve as a good alternative, either.

That said, I'd love to buy the light novels but I wonder if I'm the only one. I just want to know if anyone else out there shares my hopes.

even though I am somewhat curious to find out if the rumors I've heard are true, that the horrible bitch from the anime is much more likable in the novels...I'm not curious enough to pay money to find out.

I actually bought 3 volumes of this series just because I liked the cover art... the story? Not so much. But I won't buy the book if it's in english. It looks much better in traditional chinese or japanese (vertical writing)

I'm a bit late to the wagon and I was really hoping for a season 3 because of the way that s2 of the anime ended pretty open and up in the air but read the author wanted it to end more solidified with kirirno staying with him but couldn't bc of legal reasons. A shame really it was really good but you could really tell he put a lot of effort into making it seem that he used his final wish to break their promise at the end, so I thought I'd buy the light novels in english to support the author and his creative freedom for the slim chance for a s3 that has them get together properly but it seems they don't exist lol. I heard the LN ends a similar way too and the best way to get a good ending is to play the game. A big shame really. So of course I'll vote for an English LN anyone who votes no is an idiot imo bc how else is he supposed to make money and continue his works, it's all fiction and anyone who gets all huffy and puffy about this sort of trope or genre is a bit sus as it'd never happen irl but the story is cool.
