| No. Notice how she rubs her stomach every time something that tries to break her and Makoto apart. She is under stress (explaining her sickness and lack of period) and just fooled herself into believing she still has something with Makoto, who has moved on. |

| As of today, having played the game over the last few days, I'm fairly sure she was. The Anime really does a poor job of telling the entire Sekai Arc. |
| Sekai wasn't actually pregnant but she really believed to be. Considering some of the bad endings in the VN and also the Manga, we know that Sekai is just as insane as Kotonoha is. It's just not as obvious in her case. And judging from the way Sekai behaved, it couldn't possibly be an act. She desperately needed something to be able to cling to Makoto, so she ended up believing she was pregnant. (Yes, your own brain can make you believe pretty much everything, even faking the symptoms. There were real cases of women denying the fact they were pregnant to the point where they really forgot it and only realized it the moment the baby came out...) Why do I think so? Obviously, not because Kotonoha believed it. It's because the director made her speak that phrase. If she didn't say that, nobody would ever doubt Sekai's pregnancy. That and Sekai's insanity. |
