Romance/Comedy WITHOUT LOLI

So what I need:

1) ABSOLUTELY NOT A SINGLE LOLI as a main Heroine
2) Mostly comedy or a mix of comedy and drama, no pure drama [Had enough of it with other anime]
3) Mature [Not necceserily in a sexual way, I just don't want a childish 4th graders romance]

Recommend me anything that fits in these criteria [Can be from my drops/on-hold]
