Why no more English volumes.

Normally noragami volumes came out like 5-6 moths after Japanese release date. But it's been more than a year ago when volume 23 cane out and there is still no date for it's English translated volume release. Does the popularity and sales effect the release of English volumes.

Ohh sorry didn't know that, I read all the volumes available like 9 months ago,I didn't really knew if new volume was out. Thanks for answering so fast.
