| Imo it wont be as high as 7. EMT Squared is a shit studio who has only one anime is 7s range.(that one too is in lower 7s and only reason for to be that high is because that's a cgdct type show with bofuri nostalgia) It will definitely be lower than 7. Probably sightly higher than mid 6s range |

| I said this before in the arifureta comments section, but score on mal only matters for big ticket anime or really bad anime, anything that is of the isekai, overpowered protagonist, ecchi or harem genre's will never get more than a 7 on mal these days, due to brigading, though this also effects a few other genre's but i'm less familiar with them. This is also why the far better story, the world of otome games is tough for mobs, i expect to get a 6 or even a 5 no matter how well it's done, because the story is quite clear on being a harem, and is well known for it's less than favorable look at excessive feminism. As for this anime, the manga is ok, not great, personally i think this getting a anime is surprising as it's actually one of the weakest manga of the genre i've read. cptcrypto said: It's not an Isekai thought, right? | Jokes on you OP, most of the people hating on Virgin Road are the average seasonal isekai watchers, who did not read the synopsis of the show, or even watched the PVs (whose oficial videos on youtube even had official eng subs), and got mega triggered at getting baited and see their "Literally Me" Generic-kun dying on the first half of the episode 1. And some others just dont like the fact there is one seasonal who have a gay girl protag, among dozens of hetero boys shows (and so many with harems ). Which they should have noticed it was gonna be the case the case by looking at the poster pic of the show (at least the girl part). Very few hated that show JUST cuz isekai.
