How many chapters does the anime adaptation cover?

I'm planning on reading the manga where the anime left off. So where to start the manga?

Start from the beginning, it only covered 24 chapters (2 chapter an episode) and I recommend just glazing through the chapters you've seen adapted.

It wasn't adapted from ch1-ch24 however, a lot of it is scattered with some episodes adapting chapter 73 and etc due to its non-chronological nature.

The manga is such a wonderful ride.
