the storyline of this movie is set after ep 493 , but you could also watch it after completing all the 500 eps of Naruto shippuden, I would suggest you to watch the whole 500 eps before the movie but watching it after 493 eps is also not a bad idea .so the choice is yours

It’s chronologically before episode 493. Don’t finish shippuden and then watch it because you’ll be going back in the timeline.
