Favourite Arc?

I don't know if this has been asked already, but what is everyone's favourite arc? I'm starting Thriller bark, so I just wanted to get a sense of everyone's opinion.

Thriller Bark is one of the worst One Piece Arcs (still pretty decent).
My favorite would probably be either Marineford or Fishmanisland also Wano got a pretty good Chance of being my new favorite after it's finished.

mines are waters 7/ennies lobby, but even though I know that thriller bark is considered one of the worst ones I really really liked it, I liked the characters and their differences

I liked Thriller Bark. It showed how good the Straw Hat’s teamwork is, had some cool team attacks, introduced 2 of the 7 Warlords of the Sea, and introduced Brook.

Also Marineford is my favorite. It’s legendary

Maybe Dressrosa or Whole Cake. Wano will probably pass it up later on, but the past episodes have been mid with just a bunch of fodder fights and terrible pacing. I love Toei animation

i love alabasta, whole cake island, and dressrosa!! also,, thriller bark isn’t as bad as ppl say!! it was fun and i rly enjoyed that arc. have fun watching!

Wano is definitely getting up there very quickly for me especially with the things happening in the manga. Otherwise I would say whole cake or marineford

Difficult question. Skypiea, Dressrosa, water 7, and impel down through marineford are my favorites. I low key think punk hazard is almost a perfect arc too in retrospect because it sets up what’s to come perfectly.

Honestly, this might sound like a biased post, but like I love any arc that inudes law in it ๐Ÿ˜€ my top five are sabaody, punk hazard, dressrosa, zou and wano. I can add whole cake island there too to make my top six.

I love water 7/Ennies lobby and alabasta for pre time skip (sabaody archipelago is great too), post I personally think punk hazard is great + don’t mind dressrosa (law’s backstory is one that gets me every time)

Probably Enies Lobby or Marineford. The emotional moments and hype are otherworldly in these two arcs.

For me, it’s 100% Wano. I love the new art style that they went with, Kaido is my favorite villain next to Kizaru, Over the Top is my favorite opening in the series, Zoro looks like a badass the whole time, Kid, Hawkins, and Jack make appearances, and Nami. Just Nami. Just look up a picture of Wano Nami and you will agree.

Marineford. Undoubtedly the best arc of One Piece for me, full of action with excellent characters on screen, even the opening was amazing, I also really like the influence that the war had on the world of One Piece

There’s something about Impel Down that makes me consider it peak One Piece. Something about the arc being a complete comedic shitshow with crazy powers makes it amazing.

Other than that, the obvious good arcs like Sabaody, Marineford and especially Whole Cake because I am a sucker for Sanji, are the best ones IMO.

Saboady Archipelago is my favorite arc in One piece. Introduction to Supernovas, Rayleigh, Celestial dragons and Kizaru. The jokes were funny(Duval).Full of goat tier moments-Luffy punching the celestial dragon, Luffy not wanting to know what the one piece is, Strawhats getting destroyed. Also has dark themes of slavery, racism and ends with a tragedy. A very unique and underrated arc imo

the best arc for me is Ennies Lobby because the fight between Rob Lucci and Luffy was awesome and it is one of the best fight is one piece

I consider water 7 and Ennies lobby as just one arc so, them both.

i’m only on Thriller Bark as well (pretty mid rn ngl) but my favorite has to be Alabasta. so many reasons like Crocodile’s insane planning, Luffy beating him with New World Symphony playing (my favorite villain defeat so far), the rain finally falling again, Cobra’s speech, Smoker encouraging Tashigi to get stronger so they can keep up in the Grand Line, just ugh. i love pretty much everything about that arc lol.

Marineford IS the best arc, but my favorites to rewatch/reread are without question thriller bark or impel down. I do believe Wano will become OPs best arc and a new favorite though when it ends in 2034. Honorable mentions are Sabaody or the Reverie.

My favourite arc was Baratie because this was the arc that got me hooked on one piece. Although I believe Wano is the BEST arc.
