| Vol 1: Wow an intense fight in the first 3 chapters!!! So rikioh fights might be a little over the top but still enjoyable. Right now I'm at the middle of chapter 3 and he seems to powerful and I hope that this wont last. Also whats up with that guy ripping out his own eyeball and giving it to the crows! intense!! So the guy was committing sempuku and than tried to strangle riki with his own intestines... Ugggg Riki is such a bad ass during the ending. He sits waiting in the cement for the warden to show up lol. Anyways how do they heal their wounds fast enough? I guess that is a major plot hole but that makes it better than their injury don't continue till the end. Vol 2: So who now wants to eat human for lunch? Disgusting!!! This mangaka has a weird way of making it interesting but still not making it over baring to not want to watch those scenes. So we finally get someone at the same level of riki, but they go the route that he is also a disciple from his master. Although it was short and stupid conclusion because he did not learn how to harness his 'anger'..... I wonder if he this would be the ending to the prison arc.. wonder whats going to happen next. I hope they dwell on the past more because my lips are now getting watery for that type of path but only time will tell. Anyways how would you like me to present my notes? I could put them all in spoilers or I could release them like 1 every 5 days or so as to not spoil to much. That way we could try to keep a discussion ongoing.. although this manga isn't taking off as much anymore.. |

| yea it is about pure fightings. Sure there get some plot but thats not the main emphesis. Anyways for a series that was betweet 1988-1990 I thought it was pretty good. To bad I didn't score it with that added bonus. |

| Finished this. I didn't like it much. It really wasn't my type of manga, but it wasn't horrible. I gave it a 5/10. There was mostly fighting and then the ending was a bit weird. |
| True but think of the timeline when it was made. 1988-1990. For that time I thought the art was surpurb. THe story was very lacking but the main point was the fighting. I was alittle more generious because of that and rated it a 7. If the story was more depthful I would have given it an 8 or maybe even a 9. But there was bonus points because of the art and the time it was produced. |

| I don't really care about the art, that wasn't what brought down the score. It was the fact that I really didn't enjoy it. |
