i read tokyo babylon the manga. now i want to continue with its sequel by watching the anime. is it different from the manga?

It might be a little too late to reply lol but for those who don't know yet, the OVAs aren't based on any story from the manga, instead they take place somewhere in the middle of the manga series. In the second OVA, they briefly bring up Seishirou's bet with Subaru though, but that's about it.

After Tokyo Babylon, I would recommend you to read/watch X/1999. These series are set about 9 years after Tokyo Babylon, Subaru and Seishirou are not longer the main characters, but they are important to the plot. They also keep bringing up the happenings of Tokyo Babylon. In my opinion, X/1999 is a wonderful series (:

ok, i think that i have x1999 in my local library, but would you recommend me the me the manga of the anime?

Yeah, absolutely (: The manga for X is better than the anime.
The anime it's pretty good, but it lacks some character development and misses some details.
So yeah I would really recommend you the manga. The art is great, the depth of the relationships between the characters is beautiful, everything is pretty good.
