| Yep for me it is, I consider it to be the best movie I've ever seen periodt. Other candidates like silent voice, end of evangelion(arguable), tenki no ko etc can also be #1 for many, it's debatable and depends on personal preference. |

| Being the best or not depends on the eye of the beholder. In my opinion, Your Name is really good but some Ghibli's Movie like Spirited Away, Mononoke Hime, The Wind Rises or some Satoshi Kon's Movie like Perfect Blue, Paprika, Millennium Actress are way better. |
| @Kylinity @otto-rimuru Look I'm not a big fan of the movie myself but is it actually that bad? I don't remember it having a bullshit plot. Yes characters are bland true, typical cliche romance characters. But a story like that doesn't necessarily need well written characters, in my opinion at least. |
