I suppose the only answer to "where" is "in Japan". I doubt this'll ever get published outside of Japan since it's a kashihon (rental) anthology published over quite a long period of time, and you'd need to track it down in something like old collectors' shops or manga museums which preserve old manga from the rental era. I guess you can poke English-speaking manga researchers for some information, though.
