Its a romance/drama anime so if you focus on that its worth watching but if you are here for gruesome fights, dark plots like other mecha series then dont watch it.I just dont understand how dumb people are who expects such stuffs from a rom/drama show. Whatever, its one of my favourite show so yeah its worth watching.

is it worth it? that depends on your tolerance for insane nonsense. mine's pretty high, because, unlike for a lot of people, I thought "yeah that scans" for every stupid twist.

it has some really good moments mixed in with the nonsense, the production values are pretty high, and Zero Two is pretty consistently entertaining and weird.

Yes, it is, the story is good, the carathers don't stay behind, there is so MUCH history behind The Main carathers It's so good for real, the ending ruined this anime, but The rest makes The anime, this anime could be a 10, finish The anime and then make an comment, I really hope you like 😍😍

The whole show is just about relationships, the central one does the heavy lifting (of course) but the side ones carry a fair bit of weight too.

Plenty don't like the last four and a half episodes but that just means they didn't understand the show from the start.

You should ignore them and their whining and focus on the core of the story like you're already doing.

This is nonsense like a lot seen in MAL threads. Both DitF and EVA share parallels but they are nothing alike. Don't listen to this foolishness. And yes I strongly recommend DitF if you enjoy Scifi, mech, great visuals, creative storytelling and world building tied along with some drama and romance.

I've been watching mecha for a very long time and won't stick with a series if the story just wanders and it seems like the creators are just relying on flashy animation/3DGG and blowing lots of stuff up. This series definitely wouldn't make my top 100, but I think it's worth watching to the end. It goes in a couple of unexpected directions, but finishes strong.
