If you want to get a physical copies - vol. 5, but if you read the manga online, start reading from ch. 38 😁

You should start from the cp1 anyway, a lot things are more explaineds in the manga, like the tests; I particularly was very confused how test work until I read the manga from the beginning.

If you want to read the manga when the story is alternative to the anime's then i think you should read from chapter 52 and on.
