| Reasons why Gintama is one from - if not - the best animes ever. It has every goddamn genre you can imagine, and no it's not a mess, they're oriented perfectly. Gintama's profession is that you may cry from laughter in the beginning of an episode and cry from sadness at its ending. Gintama doesn't follow the same route every time tho, it doesn't get repetitive with the same formula - except with some specific jokes, that meant to be repetitive, such as Zura janai, Katsura da-. It's worth to mention as well that the fights in Gintama are so goddamn good, it's not about flashy animations, eye-candy visuals or characters screaming all the time, nah, just swords fight, totally normal, no superpower no yelling with attacks' names, although the action/actual plot part isn't the huge in Gintama, (It's like 70% comedy 30% serious from S1 to S3, starting from the middle of S4 everything gets serious till the bitter end, aka the final movie, with some bits of comedy and trolling tho). Although imo, Gintama isn't for everyone, cause 1) The comedy isn't always understandable, since at least half of it related to Japanese stuff, aka things you probs won't understand unless you're a Japanese. 2) The prologue is messed up, it gets better later. 3) As I mentioned earlier, the anime takes some time to reach to the action part, so you may feel bored of watching your usual-24-mins of comedy and other genres excluding action, if you're a hardcore action fan. |

| Gintama is almost a pure Comedy based Titel and a really amazing one. It has also some real Story and can get serious. But if you ask me, the main PLot in gintama is just above Average and a pushover. Its not that amazing. The actually good thing about Gintama, is his total broken and hyped humor and the quality of jokes. |
