It's the current era of the internet, ppl complain about everything. They see "slave" in Tate no Yuusha, complain. They see "pedo?" in Mushoku Tensei, complain. They see "bully" in Nagatoro, complain. They clearly don't see the actual story/plot of the show and start moaning, just hilarious

They just find every little faults in entertainment like anime to boost their internet ego; The Moans Heard Around the World :3

Its a common disease to attract haters whenever something gets overhyped. Even I complain about overhyped shows often (recently about the sexual harrassment isekai), but it's just annoying. I read the manga and it's good. Not the most groundbreaking thing ever, but it's a decent read. And I can see why people wouldn't like it, or see it as one of the most "anticipated" shows of the season, but that's just their reasoning in the same way I don't like other stuff.
And you cant tell the kids to read something or educate themselves about something before giving their opinion, because they never read...

(first impression) I don’t know where people get bullying from. After watching the first episode it’s clear to me that Nagatoro is sexually harassing MC. It’s just distasteful, But it doesn’t make it a bad show, bad things happen it makes it an interesting show when characters I have flaws and do bad things.
