Mushoku Tensei manga recommendation

So, I read all the chapters of Mushoku Tensei and it turned out to be my favorite manga so far. I've also recently read jujutsu kaisen, black clover and chainsaw man and really liked them, but I missed romance very much on those three. I really want something like Mushoku Tensei to read, doesn't have to be isekai, as the other ones I mentioned, I just want something alike, with some action, adventure and a good romance that you genuinely cheer to work out.

PS: Should I read the web novel or the light novel of Mushoku Tensei, I don't know the difference between them.

It's not a manga but The Beginning After the End shares a lot of common elements with Mushoku Tensei
