Probably not. The trailer was mostly just a recap of major events that have happened in the last 3 seasons. It's also generally accepted that the movie isn't canon because of some timeline discrepancies. Plus it would make things very complicated for Bell considering that the light novels explain that it's illegal for a mortal to kill a god or goddess.

I mean I don’t know. They can do whatever they want.
The reason why most people will tell you NO is because:
1-) Artemis is Anime original content, hence not canon.
2-) S4 major events occurred inside the Dungeon.
The gods cannot come inside. Therefore she would have no way to directly participate in this Arc.
3-) Maybe she makes a cameo? Technically they can but she is not really connected to the plot. She is not even in Orario, is she?

Not only is Artemis not in Orario, she isn't even in Gekai anymore. That's another reason why it's highly unlikely for her to make a cameo appearance.

So if movie is not cannon, that means she is alive.

I hope author puts her back in the story, she is THE sweetest goddess.
