I feel makoto is the real evil of this series because any normal person wouldn't cheat on a girl you've met for the first time seki isn't the evil coz makoto could have easily resisted the temptation to fuck someone else

Sekai is evil here. She literally awakened Makoto's pervert gene that he inherited from his devil father. If Sekai hadn't done that kiss from episode 1 and changing seats with Setsuna, the School Days drama thriller will not even be a thing.

I think that Sekai and Makoto are both at fault for why the series turned out the way it did but I think Makoto is considered more “evil” than Sekai because he didn’t feel any remorse for what he was doing and how he was effecting two people he cared about. Usually when he did I think he cared more so about how it effected himself and not the girls.

I wouldn't say ultimate evil ... It's more like the one situation lead's to another.
Makoto could take the blame all by himself.

Hard no! Makoto is. He's garbage person and got what he had coming to him. If you played the game/visual novel and saw his lack of respect for all of the girls boundaries, constant rapy vibes and just general apathy to what he did to the girls or their feelings you'd know that.

She took advantage of Makoto's interest to Kotonoha by instigating these 'practice' sessions. And also she used dirty tactics with the help of Setsuna too keep him away from Kotonoha in the climax of the series. And the worst thing here is that she fricking lied that she had a baby with Makoto. So sweet justice delivered by Kotonoha when her belly was opened up.

Also his father is sekai's grandfather on both sides, and sekai's father is bad too.

Sorry, I forgot. I thought he was the grand father of almost all the characters in school days. It's been a while since I read the universe or watched the anime.

Sorry, I forgot. I thought he was the grand father of almost all the characters in school days. It's been a while since I read the universe or watched the anime.

Well he is still the grandfather of multiple other characters. For example Sekai and Taisuke. He is also both the grandfather and great grandfather of setsuna.

Pretty sure that's everyone on the tree though.

I watched School Days back in the day, and rewatched a couple of times since.

I was always of the opinion that Sekai is the evil one, yeah. Don't forget the ending of episode 3... it was her who stirred up that chaos to begin with. Makoto behaved like at least 50%-60% of guys would, given the situation to juggle between both girls. Not to mention all the others...

And don't forget who committed the ultimate sin in the last episode. Makoto was bad, but not nearly as evil as her. I believed it back when I was 14, and still do now, at 27.

everyone is evil in this anime but makoto is the most evil and sekai is also evil but not on the level of makoto, she knew that he was dating another girl but she still kissed him

i also hate those three girls who came to makoto, one of them even had a boyfriend
