Disboard Geography

Does anyone have a labelled map of the different countries on Disboard? I always find it easier to follow these kind of stories if I can picture them but I'm pretty unsure on the layout of the world of Disboard. From what I remember from the anime, Elkia seemed to be in the middle of the map, with Elven Guard to the east and the Eastern Federation to the west, however I'm kind of doubting myself on that as it seems weird that the Eastern Federation would be right across in the west.
