Senko's Ears???

Okay, so this has been bothering me and I need to know the answer. It's clear that Senko-san has fox ears, but she also has a humanoid head. Does this mean she also have human ears covered by her hair? If so, which pair of ears does she use to hear, and what is the purpose of whatever pair of ears she has that are non-functioning?

I think she has humanoid ears as well as fox ears. Most catgirls are like that so why not fox girl
