These are isekais with reincarnation or summoning but without going back in time, so it might not be what you're looking for... but I'll mention them anyway.
- Saihate no Paladin - the MC told his caretakers that he was reincarnated and tried really hard to change everything. He didn't tell it to anyone else yet, though - because he wants to forget about his past self.
- Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata - the MC has been summoned rather than reincarnated but everyone knows about it and he does everything to change for better.
- It's pretty much the same with Tate no Yuusha, though the MC is leaning towards the dark side.
And here's something different, if it doesn't necessarily have to be an isekai/fantasy manga.
- Psyche Matashitemo - the MC has the power to go back in time by drowning and he revealed it to some of his friends. He slowly changes with time, wanting to help and save everyone.
- Shut Hell - the MC has been "reincarnated" as one of his ancestors after she supposedly died. I said reincarnated, but he's just continuing her life while being able to wake up as his original self. After some time he told about it to his companions in the past. There are some chapters revealing his ancestor's past, he regains her memories but changes for better, though it takes him a lot of time and support. [For clarity - his ancestor is a woman, that's why I'm juggling between using 'him' and 'her'.]
More or less:
- Fumetsu no Anata e - there's no reincarnation - the MC is immortal but he often dies. There's no need to tell his past since the story follows his life starting from his "birth" - from the moment he was created. As he lives on, he gains experience and new memories, he makes mistakes and tries to improve everything so that it won't happen a second time. He doesn't try to hide it, so most of his companions would eventually find out that he's immortal.
- Ubel Blatt - the MC got himself killed and reincarnated, or rather - he ate and absorbed a forest elf (Probably? I don't really remember what it was) and slowly changed into one, he then tries to carry out a revenge against his former comrades that betrayed and killed him. You'll get a glimpse of his past and he revealed his true identity to some people.
