Antagonist Main Character.

Anime where the main characters are technical "Antagonists."
I am looking for more anime similar to Death Note, Inuyashiki, or Zankyou no Terror. Where you end up rooting for the bad guy even though what he is doing might be morally wrong. It's quite interesting to see the other side of typical good versus evil.

Controversial but id say tokyo ghoul,
He may not be a "villan" but think to yourself, if there were a species which existed just to kill you, would you think they were ok?

I guess you mean more Anti-Hero than an antagonist.

Durarara!! - In a way, I guess.
Gankutsuou - Inspired from Count of Monte Christo. No doubt about this one.

Both have one (Gankutsuou) or two (Durarara!!) who can be portrayed as anti-heroes, while the rest of the main cast isn't.

Well, I think he is both, in a way. He was quite main, as much as I remember.
