kindaichi case files: Manga or Anime?

ok which one should I go with? which one is better? I read few 1-5 chapters from the manga but then I try to watch the anime and it's totally different. Am i missing something or what?

depends really on you

anime is finished and the translations are almost done but it only covers the older stuff and a few of the newer stuf. they do change the killer a few times but it is usually the same as the manga.

the manga is longer but translation rate is slow since none of the series is finished and releases are fairly sporadic. there is more manga and there is stuff that isn't covered in the anime thats in the manga. also the newest series is not adapted and has a rather ammusing take on things.

wouldprobab;y reccomend manga purely for content but they are both equaly as good as each other. hope you enjoy which ever format you choose
