Difference between Volume 18 and Volume 18+1.

Today I checked when Volume 18 would be released in english (It will be 6th August 2019, ISBN-13: 9781975358181) and while looking it up, I stumbled across the japanese Wiki page for Brakamon.

And one detail surprised me. I read that volume 18 would be the last, but there is actually a volume 18+1.

Since both ISBNs listed in that article are the same, I checked some vendor page:

Volume 18:
Cover with "18" on it.
ISBN：978-4-7575-5938-7

Volume 18+1:
Cover with "18+1" on it.
ISBN：978-4-7575-5937-0
Published: 2018/12/12

Does anyone know what's up with that? Is "18+1" actually volume 19 but wasn't named 19 for whatever reason?

@tr25a3: According to the description on Amazon, volume 18+1 is a fan book that includes new stories and illustrations.
