Chapter 227 was the last continuous chapter, translated in June 2018.
And even before that, the progress was slow.
2 chapters in the whole year 2018.
1 chapter in 2017.
6 chapters in 2016.

Looks like this series doesn't get much attention and/or isn't very popular. The MAL rating isn't that great either, with a lousy 7.39.

I think it's really a shame, since the series is quiet unique. I mean, is there anything comparable out there that has this romance+ecchi+education approach that goes from a couples first night all the way to maternity, child birth and beyond?

That thing started 1997, has 77 volumes with 500+ chapters and is still going. But it looks like this never got an official english release either. :(

I only found out a few weeks ago that there is an official german release for this manga.
And the fascinating thing is that it is even ongoing. Volume 73 as print release is scheduled for the 24th of december 2019.

Although you can only get Vol. 1-5 as epub, and 66-(soon)73 as print. It appears that everything before 66 is out of print and they just recently started making it available as epub.

Official release is at volume 78 I think, so they aren't even that far behind.

But this makes you wonder even more why it got canned in the US. Maybe the american audience didn't like it back then and nobody gave it another try?
