I'm looking for a romantic anime that is a bit dramatic, wraps up to see
Many romantic anime have watched and so far have not seen the better

Some VERY dramatic, pretty much melodramatic romance anime: "Kannazuki no Miko", "Strawberry Panic!", "Brother, Dear Brother..." Coincidentally, all of these are primarily about girlxgirl love.

However, if you're not put off by the subject matter, I'd also recommend a short OVA called "I'm in Love with My Little Sister", which, despite the title, is NOT a hentai.

EDIT: And I forgot "Tada Doesn't Fall in Love"!

I'm not a huge fan of drama but I'll try to help anyway :P

White Album 2: It has 12 Episodes and the ending can be considered closed. I don't really know how to describe this anime so my advice is to just start watching it and see.

Honey & Clover: I think this was a pretty nice anime. It has 36 Episodes and the ending is closed but I'm warning you it is a bittersweet romance.

Higashi no Eden: This is more of a mystery anime with romantic aspects. There is romance but it is just not really what makes up the plot. But it's really good and if you do decide to watch it, watch the movies as well because they are important to the plot.

Kokoro Connect: Awesome anime.

Kuzu no Honkai: This is very different from your usual romance anime as it focuses a lot on physical relationships as well as emotional.

Orange: A bit sad but still extremly good!

Two extremely good romance movies are: Koe no Katachi and Kimi no Na Wa...seriously they are beautiful. Also, Hotarubi no Mori E, great portrayal of their relationship.

Honestly I could go on with the list but because your list is empty I don't what you have or haven't watched, so I'll stop here. I tried to at least leave out the more popular romance anime such as Kaichou wa Maid-sama and Kamisama Kiss.
