I'm looking for anime or manga that fit the following descriptions:

- A person or both the characters are suffering from some form of trauma. It can be mental illness or trauma from childhood etc. It can also be a physical problem.

- The relationship between the two has to be romantic, it can start out as friendship or something else but has to end up romantic.

- They rely on the person or each other to overcome their trauma or problems.

- Something like saving the person or each other etc.

The recommendations don't have to include every single point but I would like them to at least have one relevant point.

These should fit:
Bitter Virgin
Orange
Can't See Can't Hear But Love
ReLife (It's there but not really addressed between each other, lighter tone than others but somewhat fits)

I've tried reading Bitter Virgin before but I dropped it.
I've read Orange and enjoyed it :)
Thanks for the other suggestions, I'll check it out.

NHK ni Youkoso!

This show is more serious than that trailer suggests.

One episode of Bartender follows a young couple as we see them meet, marry, then grow apart because of his work schedule. As always, Ryuu manages to find just the right cocktail to mend their hearts.

Hoshi no Samidare: Both characters have their own issues. Male MC is a victim of abuse, female MC has issues of her own (which Im not going to spoil). Both rely on each other to overcome their issues. The manga has romance and it plays a key role in the story. The manga is complete and fully translated.
