As for the content: The manga Vol. 1-2-3 are Vol. 1 of the LN. The manga Vol. 4-5-6 are Vol. 2 of the LN + 1 chapter from Volume 7. (the OVA between the 2 seasons of the anime) The manga skips Vol. 3 of the LN. The manga Vol. 7 and the 1st half of Vol. 8 are Vol. 4 of the LN. The manga Vol. 8 (2nd half)-9-10-11 are a merge of Vol. 5-6-8-9 of the LN. The manga skips most of Vol. 7 as well as 10-11-12-13 of the LN. The manga Vol. 12 starts with the LN chapter I'm at at the moment (see above). So this is all I know at the moment. I'm still waiting for Yen Press to release Vol. 16 of the manga (I probably won't progress with that until then) and I'll reach Vol. 17 with LN this month. |

| I plan on reading the novels one day, and not the manga. Followed by the anime reboot which I hope adapts the full story. But... I'm assuming the manga doesn't cover the end of Holo and Lawrence, Vol 17? Excluding the sequel with their daughter. |

| @Alexioos95 Oh! That's awesome. I assumed like many LN Manga Adaptations it only covered a portion of the first volumes. Albeit, the main plots with some differences and not the side stories, but that's surprising considering how long the novels are. Cool to know that Spice and Wolf is so popular and/or willing to "fully" adapt the story in manga. I really hope the anime adapts the whole story. I believe they could with S&W's popularity. Assuming the anime is great. I'll either start reading before the anime reboot starts or after watching it, if I don't continue to procrastinate. |
