Should this be watched first in Persona genre?

I'm trying to get into the Persona fanbase/hype, but I'm not quite sure where to start. Should I watch this movie first, as its titled "Persona 3 Movie 1?"

Since it's almost going to be a year and nobody replied yet, I'm going to barge in with little knowledge.

Some say that each season of Persona (3, 4, 5, Trinity Soul) happens in the same universe, of course, but can be considered independent. Though, it is suggested that you watch each of the seasons in the numerical order.

Though, you've probably started watching it long before this comment.

Honestly, if you want to get in the fanbase hype but haven't played the game itself, go play it first if you can, then watch the movies.
