Fog Hill of the Five Elements is a Chinese animated short. It doesn't qualify as an anime; atleast by MAL's standards. I may be wrong though.

Fog Hill of the Five Elements and kuiyu chouyuan are two different projects. They used to share a director but with two different studios.
Kuiyu chouyuan the movie has been suspended.
Fog Hill of the Five Elements is rumored to be an ONA series. But it's too early to tell when it's going to come out.

There are quite a few Chinese animated shows on this site, so how can this one not be included??
