Not bad, not bad. I highly recommend reading the manga Overlord. You'll definitely feel inspired from it. Your story telling really have potential.

... I don't get it, your art and your font is good but I don't get the plot and the sense of it... oh well good job on your first try.

I think you should try reading some manga Liar Game or the anime One Outs, both were made by the same author and the theme is Psychological Game.

A quick answer about the plot: is like a second chance after death, but you need to be tested to see if you are worthy, this was just. The sens of it was to present this part of that world.

I half expected this to be a shitpost, glad it isn't. Keep up the good work, with your artstyle you'd do really good with the horror genre. Then maybe when you improve you could open up a youtube channel and narrate your own stories, something like this :
