Nagi no Asukara is the perfect anime for you, even by the same writer as Anohana (and way better if you ask me).

ReLIFE
and maybe Grimgar of Fantasy and Ashes? (it has fantasy/action elements and settings but I consider it to be drama-based)

I haven't watched anohana or orange but if you're looking for an anime about friends and drama I think kokoro connect is a great choice.
