what anime is this please help!

I only saw the first minute but I wanted to keep watching. unfortunately I clicked the back button and it didn't register with my YouTube history.

It started off with a blue be guy in a school uniform laying in the grass.
A little farther away by the river there are some bullies bullying this other guy.
while that scene is playing the blonde guy is thinking about how he is bored.
then the bullies pull down the guys pants and the blonde kid gets up then throws a rock.

It seemed like it was a slice of life anime but I'm not sure.

I think he might be considered a troublemaker but I'm not sure.
