Well,... obviously. Yuzuru took the photographs of Shoya jumping into the river (which he shouldn't do) as she wanted Shoya to stay away from Shoko, and posted them on the internet. When Shoko found out about that, and that because of Yuzuru's tricks Shoya got suspended from school as a delinquent, Shoko confronted Yuzuru with such anger she never showed to others before; by sign language, Shoko told Yuzuru: "You are not my sister!". Yuzuru broke down, because all the time she had been fighting for Shoko's good (only subjectively), and ran away from home in tears. That shampoo thing was Yuzuru's petty resistance not wanting to be honest with Shoya yet, the very reason of her sufferings.

The flashbacks in the anime tells everything, but the backstory is explained in quite a detail in the manga.
