| This thread should be used often, seeing how important training is. It is the only way to gain strength and show proof of gaining new powers. The weak hollow should come here to train, sparring with others or trying to learn to use their powers before attempting to become Gillian. Gillian train to learn how to move their skyscraper bodies gracefully, mastering their cero as well. Adjuchas can adjust and master their unique powers, training to become worthy so they may achieve Arrancar status, or, if not yet (b)eaten, to become strong enough that they will not lose. Losing a spar match will not make Vasto Lorde unachievable. Vasto Lorde only need to come in order to practice with slim, humanoid figures and master their powerful attacks, if they find one worthy they may spar, or train them. |

| Since there is no one here I can spar with, I will tear this training ground apart. *starts to increase my powers so I can make my spears come out. I aimed a spear straight to the ground and seeing that I was at very close range, the ground rumble as the spear deep dig into its roots.* This is perfect, looks just like a statue that was meant to be there. ^^ *Start to grow 2 more spears as it bursts out of my hands and goes in opposite direction of each other slamming down some nearby trees.* |

| (oh sorry thats my bad i didnt explain. im not good at technique so it takes 2 wolves to make a cero for me) cant work twice if it hasnt worked once. man you really are dense. *the cero combusts and makes an explosion including billzor while 2 guard wolves dodge and charge up a cero and the 2 that missed the first attack flash far away to view the scene* |
