I'm all about action and drama and all that kinda thing. Cyberpunk, fantasy, and comedy are right up there, too. But more importantly than anything, it's just gotta be good, goddammit.

Ecchi and harem shows can fuck right off. Same with Tryhard Edgelord bullshit that can't write anything to justify the Tryhard Edgelordiness, like Elfen Lied and Another. And just straight-up fuck Lucky Star. Fuck it with a red-hot pineapple dildo.

This glorious signature image was created by @Mayumi!

I am the Arbiter of Absolute Truth, and here is my wisdom:

"Anime was always influenced by the West. This is not news.
Shoujo is the superior genre primarily aimed at young people.
Harem/isekai are lazy genres that refuse any meaningful innovation.
There is no 'Golden Age.' There will always be top-shelf anime.
You should be watching Carole & Tuesday."

I honestly can't get over the "genre" of slice of life cute girls doing cute things, although if it has some interesting incipit and comedy I may enjoy it (like Gabriel Dropout for instances)
I hate idol anime and stuff like KanColle as well

Too lazy to write. Search my profile on graph.anime.plus .

I guess I like all genres. I don't hate any genre. Including yaoi. And when I say yaoi, I mean something like Doukyuusei. Not Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi or Love Stage.

If it has a storyline like code geass, is funny like Working or has the charm like Kaichou wa maid-sama, then i can fairly watch even with least favorite genres in it.

favorites:
>comedy
>romance
>sport
>psychological

least favorites
> mecha (all hail britania, all hail Lelouch is an exception )
> harem
> fantasy/magic/adventure (the childish ones)
> moe (not a genre......)

maybe someone has a good recommendation?
Don't read this! you are making me feel embarrassed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Top 3 genres according to malgraph:
1. Super Power
2. Shounen
3. Sports
I'll throw in comedy, supernatural and adventure in there as well.

My lowest scored genres:
1. Shounen-ai (which I actually kinda like even though it's bad af)
2. Romance
3. Drama
I try to avoid ecchi and harem so those are my least favorites, followed by drama and romance.
