I would say One Piece, since One Piece is my favorite anime. But i can see why it's a bit daunting to start watching for someone who has just recently started watching anime. There are so many episodes!
So i'm gonna say Kimi to Boku instead :3 Because i love it and i think more people should watch it.

Well, mine is 'Clannad: After Story'. You should have watched 'Clannad' or played a decent chunk of the visual novel before going into this though. The beginning episodes are so-so, and the ending is a little bit of a cop-out... but the middle is the single best bit of anime that I've seen so far - and I've seen a decent amount. This is all just my opinion though.
