A single arch stands in the middle of nowhere. And from it radiates pure demonic essence. Atop the Arch it has written: "I am the way into the city of woe As you cross under the gap, everything changes drasitcally, as the sky turns to ash and fire. The wailing of countless souls fill the air and sulfur assails your nostrils. The heat is hardly bearable and Demons roam this place mindlessly. Blood Beasts, Devourers, The Crucified, Cerberi, Infernal Dragons, all types of demonic monsters roam this area mindlessly, not caring about the darkness, or humanity, or demons. They attack anything that they feel like. Its truly a place of woe, as millions of souls lay impaled by a spear of their own creation and doing.I am the way to a forsaken people I am the way into eternal sorrow..... Abandon all hope ye who enter here." You can survive here indefinitely... But why would you want to? |

Claire Hartfield & Ourobaras Ragnarok & Bahamut •VIT: 27 •XRA: 57 •STR: 27 •WILL: 27 •END: 27 •SPD: 91 •AGI: 27 •ACC: Claire and Ourobaras would be walking together towards the gate of this place as they wanted to go towards either the valley or Vern Octos, where they were going was still something they were deciding, but they decided on at least either one of those. They would simply continue walking through this barren land filled with ash and all is fire and ash, there is sulfur everywhere but since Demons are sulfur based lifeforms this was actually nice to them. There were all kinds of beasts walking around here from dragons to other demonic monsters. As far as they know is that they will not be randomly attacked by any demonic monster, and they would as they were walking through the place aim towards the gate leading to the normal human world. After arriving at the gate they would walk further and would leave the area. |

The awful smell, that made him happy of the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. There was also the heat, which awfully reminded him of his experience with that giant creature's insides, yet that made him capable to not crumbling down due to the pain immediatly. As for the screams, he just ignored them as best as he could and just focused on finding his destination. He would wander around while avoiding any possible threat, and with enough luck, he would find and enter the Fortress of Sin soon. |

Acheron Doombringer Greater Acheron Defiler Acheron River-Hound As Johann roamed the territory, cutting straight through the territory to get to the center, he would be interrupted by the sound of a large creature nearby shrieking. Then the sudden quake of a massive being crashing down onto the ground before you. Right in front of you. it was huge. And it hit the ground with enough force to cause the nearby cliff face to collapse, sending it falling into a massive river of lava. And knocking down a bridge you needed to cross. Looking at the direction it fell from, you would see a giant beast, which you could say it was to the titan what a fully grown male lion would be to a human female in relation to sheer size. The creature would roar, and the massive titan would rise from the river, and grab a large crude mace and swings it down on the beast. But the beast responds by raising its hard face and many horns to catch the mace. of course it sinks into the ground, but it also throws the mace Away and than rams the Titan, sending it flying once more. Nearly falling ON Johann. It would stand up, and then the beast would charge. The massive Titan would brace, and grab the beasts horns, and after struggling, managed to flip the beast on its side, and then swing the beast over its head, and impale it on a massive rock stalactite. A small ocean of blood pours off the spire and runs into the Acheron. It would take a couple of unstable steps backwards, and then from the edge of the cliff would jump a large bipedal creature not unlike a MASSIVE reaper, onto its back. The River-Hound would bite hard into the Doom-Bringers armor, and would begin to crack its shoulder-plating. The Doom-Bringer would counter by swinging the opposite arm backwards and punching the River-Hound in the face. The hound would fall off, and the Doom Bringer turned around and kicked the River Hound. The hound rolled and then got on its feet, and began jumping around. The Doom bringer would brace, and the River Hound would instead jump over the river and then jump into the river. The Doom Bringer Slowly approached the river and the Hound jumped it.And began dragging it down. The doom bringer was imapled ona spike, but in its dying breath, it grabbed the Hound, and ripped off its jaws, the hound would shriek, and fall into the lava river, before dying. The Doom bringer was now the only cross-able bridge in sight over the river of lava. |

It took a while for him to find a true obstacle: A giant burning creature which both blocked and destroyed his path, "Oh please, not this again". Then another giant burning creature appeared and started to fight the first one, almost crushing him at one point, just barely missing. One of the beasts was killed, yet it was substituded by another one almost immediatly. Another fight begun, yet it shortly ended with both creatures killing each other. The possible corpse of one of them was forming an improvised bridge over the huge lava river in front of him. He used his shadow grip to catapult himself across the river as fast as possible. Upon reaching the other side, he would resume his walk, with extra care of avoiding any other giant burning creature... Or for that matter, anything threatening. The burning was enough of a pain already. |

Tormentor As Johann roamed the wasteland, he would come across a grisly sight. A demonic beasing was weiling a large cleaver, and was hacking away at a exteemely mutilate, screaming corpse, which was impaled from the bottom up with a long spear. The creature would suddenly stop tormenting the damned soul, and the wounds would close back up. It would turn its head, its burning fiery eyes stared straight at you. It laughed wickedly, and would stare. "Another Lost Soul for me to carve?" It would then tilt its head a bit as it approached. The spiky, flaming armor it wore was intimidating enough. "No... That isnt it... You are still wearing your meat... But you arent alive either... Why would an immortal walk into the Pits of Sheol... Business? Pleasure? Sport? Or have you grown tired of the unlife? Seeking something to carve you out of that flesh suit and into the afterlife?" It cackled and circled around you. Sizing you up. "I like that Armor you wear... It contrasts well with the fire..." It would say this, its blood soaked cleaver dripping blood and bile on the ground, tiny bits of entrails sliding off its crude edges. |

A demon cutting away at what probably was some lost soul. It laughed and approached him, wondering what Johann was doing here while trying to intimidate him. Johann sighed, as he was able to tell where this was most likely going to go. He stood in his place regardless, "Business. I need to talk with someone", after saying this, he would start to walk away slowly. |

Tormentor It would think for a moment. "Then let me offer you a business proposition... You give me a few basic human Souls to torment... And I will pay you with a Fire Sprite. Maybe for a couple more, I will show you a way to circumvent having to cross the Territory of Ei'egdar... One of the crucified...." It seems you armor gave away what you were. You were basically a walking bank to this place's residents. And this one was making an offer. And it wasnt a bad offer by any means. |

Johann would stop after hearing its proposition, turning to see it. He stared at it for a few seconds before sighing followed by a couple of coughs, as some of the horrid smell and heat entered his lungs when he sighed. "...Sure, why not... Here" Johann would hand over a few basic souls to satisfy the demon. |

Tormentor Having recived about 4 basic souls, the demon would pull out a small token. "Anima. You officially have a master." Then, from that token came a rather beautiful mistress, clad in glowing hot armor with a scaly theme. A crown with odd shaped ornaments, and two very fiery eyes. Looking at you, she seemed stunned for a moment. Almost awestruck. Is he a..."Dullahan. Yes." Wow... She would circle around him, checking him out. And the torentor would toss johann the token, and he feel it bond to his being. My name is Pyro Anima. You can call me by Pyro, Anima, or even Ani if you prefer. The girl wast too big. Only about four feet in stature. "Two more souls for a way past the Crucified's territory? You will find that here... Where the umber of souls you possess s your only for of currency... Dullahan are like Money on legs. the lesser or smarer denizens want to make deals. The dumber or mightier might just want to rob you. And only the River titans can outclass a crucified in sheer strength alone. their magic and... creativity are matched only by Broodmasters. I like to think myself smart. Offering a product an service for a modest price." |

Said reason quickly manifested, an oppai loli unexpected little lady, and she seemed as surprised of seeing him as he was he was when he started to find crazy thing all over this world. The demon threw him the token as the token girl was checking him out, he tried to ignore the weird sensation he felt as he grabbed it and put it away. The token girl introduced herself and offered some options for him to call her. Curious of how much this "master" thing would go, he said "How about Pyrrha?" to test the boundaries of it a little. While he waited for Pyro to answer, he listened to the demon's offer and advice. He handed the 2 souls to the demon as he said "I see. Thank you for the advice" in a not-so-sure tone. He handed the souls regardless of it though. |

Anima thought about it. In the end she was debating on whether or not to take that name. She liked it sure, but then there was the question of pride. This wasnt just a master servant pact. She was trying to determine what impact it had on her standing The Earliest choices are often the most important. Hm... I like it. What does it mean? While Anima was having her dilemma, the Tormentor would accept the two basic Souls and then begin walking in a direction. Motion for Anima and Johann. "There should be a gate somewhere here. Ah, here it is. He summoned some sort of key and turned it in the air in front of it. And a door appear around the key, taking form out of fire and stone. The door opened to reveal that nothing on the other side was different. Or so it looked. Once everyone stepped through it, he would close the door with the key, and the door would be absorbed unto the key. He would walk towards the area you were just standing at, and he would point to a tunnel in the wall that wasnt there before. The Tormentor began leading you through the new pathway into a cliff face. |

She also asked about the meaning of the name, to which Johann replied "Old greek. It means 'the color of fire'" as he followed the demon through a pathway, not even considering that since he was not from this world, Greece might not have even existed. Unless, Pyro or the demon had anything to say to him, he would silently walk along, still wary of his sorroundings. |

Tormentor Ive never been to a greece. We should go some day,... master? What should i call you? Anima asked. Meanwhile you notice arms reaching out from the walls trying to grab you. Keep center and cut off ones that get too close. Anima kept very close behind yu, occasionally flame-lashing those that get to close. So, what can you do? |

His regular scythe would manifest on his right hand, and he would do with it as the demon said with short and swift motions. "Well, I have a few tricks here and there... But being very proficcient at killing is my specialty. It's my job, after all." as he said that, Pyro could have noticed the blue fireball that appeared near his left palm, which he crushed as he clenched his fist around it. It was merely a reflex that stemmed from thinking on his power over the death of all, something he might fully control soon. |

Xyliqil Yes. A Greece. As in one of the several sets of infinity greece's out there in the omniverse. Im young. but im not dumb." She would say this, and chuckle. Well then Joe, I do hope our partnership Ill be interesting. She said that, and the cave came to a door. The man opened it, and on the other side was a barren hill with a large bloody cross at the top, with a stream of stale light touching it. He instead would slam the door shut and then press his body against it, as if to keep it shut. Then a loud crash aginst the door, a shudder as the tormentor took a key t the door and turned it. All the while roarign with itsmouth wide pen, revealing seven more mouths within. He would then lean againt it in relief as the slamming stopped. "My mistake. It shoud be fixed now." He would open the door to a massive eyeball. [b]"Belegoreth. Shahk Tartush letam. Aado Infernek Lakshuuz."[/b The eye then closed both of its lids, and when they opened up, it wasnt an eye, it was a toothy mouth, filled with blood and darkness. The Tormentor began walking forward into the Fetid tunnel, and motioned for everyone to follow. Afterwards, they would end up on the other side of the tunnel. As they walked out, the maws there closed into another eye, which watched as the walked away. Finally, they arrived at a river of lava, surrounding a large castle. The Tormentor stopped. "i go no further. The Tormentor are not allowed near the fortress. I must turn back. Yu are past the Crucified now. Good luck Johann. Seek me out. for i am Xyliqil. Perhaps we can do business again." He would say this as he left, speaking an utterance towards anima, who nodded back. |

"Johann. Not Joe... And I'll try to make it so" he responded casually to her slip up, as it wasn't something that really bothered him, so he stayed nice. After several shenanigans with their travel, the demon lead him to an immense castle sorrounded by lava. One which apparently Xyliqil, the demon, couldn't enter. Johann nodded as he said "I see... Well, thank you for your service... Xyliqil". Johann started to head towards the structure at a somewhat fast pace, since staying here was certainly not nice, not even to someone that is not alive. "What did he tell you? If I can know, of course" he asked to his little companion as he headed inside the castle. |

Phyrra Johann moved towards the fortress of Sin, and Phyrra followed. I cant call you by a nickname huh? Very well. It was mostly a warning about the world outside of Hell. Ive never actually left. Mostly a farewell though. I could repeat it, but its in Infernal Dialect of Ethereal Script. You speak Hell-Script? She would ask, though when they got to the structure, the Guards posted at the gate would stare you down rather intensely. Then move out of the way. You would notice Anima wasnt there anymore, and the token that Xyliqil gave you is quite warm. Her token seemed to be a kinda tether for her. They left the area. |

While you moved forward towards what you could only assume is the center of Hell, as all of the energy here tends to flow there, something seemed to sense you. The vision of two bright orange eyes glowing and trailing with fire enters your mind, as well as the area around the eyes. All you could tell was it had a third eye hidden from view. The vision was so potent, it forced itself before your eyes and you heard the voice. "How hot does the fire burn against your cold soul... How sweet it would be that it quench my thirst from the fire... Come to me... On foot, that your flesh may be char when you arrive... Easy to peel away for the frigid specter within..." The being appeared before you, but not as a whole, but as a specter, manifested by its will. From its unmoving maw of charred bone and no lip, it shouted at you. "GRAVITY! DOWN!" Its voice in manifest was a terrible shriek that pierced through the very ash and smog around it. Immediately after its words, the force of down on you became too powerful to sustain flight for more than 3 posts. Flying to your destination has become impossible, while this spell is active. Aion has been grounded. Fortunately, you idnt land in fire or molten whatever it was flowing through the cracks and drooling from the mouth of the massive doombringers. It was as if the great fiery river acheron flowed through this place. But unfortunately for her, she did happen to land between two cliffs, the pit of a ravine. Spots on the ground too hot to tread without hurting yourself, as it was still red hot magma. The walls were jagged and made of hard, blackened clay, with red rocks embedded inside. Strangely, they seem to actually be lumps of metal, hellstone particularly. Most creatures eye you hungrily, but most arent ballsy enough or strong enough to challenge you. Yet. |

Aion would create two wind drills on her feet and use them as stilts then alternate between using her super jump to travel and void burst to propell her self when already in the air landing only in safe spots. While she was waiting for those abilities to cool down she would just fly. She then waits to see if any creature makes any remotely aggressive gesture at her before considering if should kill it as a example. |

Since Aion is not capable of flying more than ten meters above the ground beneath her due to gravitational strain, she could manage spurts of distance. But after a amount of nothing happening, the being from before seemed to think it best to intervene. A bolt of pure energy shot downward and struck the walls further down. Breaking open a natural dam barring the trail of red hot river. The sound of rumbling and searing and thick molten flow assail your senses as a torrent of the Acheron flowed into the dried up ravine once more, consuming all in its path. You couldnt simply fly out, and the flow would reach you any minute. |

Aion would use her super jump to get as high as possible then at the peak of height then fly up the ten meters she was capable of and if that wasn’t high enough she would activate her void shield to block out the rest after all it could stop evn a elite in its tracks so figured this would be more then enough. Then yells enough of this annoying shit! If your going to insist on keep getting in my way then no point in me being here to help you with your god i assume you all know hes been captured? But how much do you know about his prison and whats there? she then waits for there response |

The eyes appear once more in your vision. "Why should I care about it... His screams bring me joy... His pain my pleasure... In such a boring Hell... Come, Play my game and die. Feed me joy and coldness..." The vision leaves you and you find that holding onto the rocky wall was a good idea, and then it let them out. into the once again unforgiving wilderness. The scream of that thing can be heard in the distance, and a bolt of light hits you under the left breast, branding your skin. You feel entities all now focused on you competely. |

Acheron River-Hound The sound of fast repeated crashes could be heard from a nearby ravine. It then jumped out. A HUGE creature who supports itself on two front legs and a tail. It shrieked at you. Seems it was up for the challenge. or so it thought. It would rear its head and then spit out a massive ball of magma towards you. |

Aion would deflect the blob of magma, which did break her shield immediately afterwards. She attacked it, and it tried to hit her away with her tail, but she was just too fast and it didnt have the reaction speed to make the proper measurements for such counter, and she drilled rather easily into its rock exoskeleton. Cauing its internal magma flow to spill out. Getting caught in the rotating wind, and spitting out drops of magma onto her. Delivering burns to her, and opening up a bleeding poin in the riverhound. It responded to your transgressions by striking the ground with its tail unsettling the ground. It roared at you its high pitched roar and charged. Lifting upa leg to spin on its right. its tail swiging a wide berth to hit you hard against a stalagmite. |
Mar 23, 2018 10:45 AM
#29
Aion activates her lightning release armor to boost her strength which was already impressively high to grab the tail as it swings towards her if she is able to catch it she would then swing the creature up then down trying to impale it on a stalagmite. |

With the gravity down cast on you earlier, you easily stopped the tail, like an immovable object. However, also because of the local effects of your gravity down, you could not lift the absolutely massive weight of the giant river hound over your head. If the Gravity wasn't applicable in this particular scenario, then you could have, but with its titanic weight amplified several times, it wa impossible. And instead, it used your own grip to swing you into a rock face with great force. Rocks cascading down with amplified impact as they tumbled down on you. |

Aion Grimices in pain as she gets slammed. but uses her lightning reflexes to quickly avoid the boulders then created a ebon steel guiltone blade above the monster and slams it down on the thing. She would then create 3 more ebon steel lances and wait to see what it does. |

As you summoned the weapon, the River hound would bite the blade as t ca,e down. It dug into its jaws, but it stopped the blade for a moment while it pulled itself out of the way.Incurring damage from it.The Gravity booster prevents you from picking it back up. The River hound lets out a massive shriek. Screaming at the surroundings. Calling for its pack. |

As she progressed towards the center, you stumbled across a hill, which is peaked with a flaming cross. Immediately upon sight of it, walls of torrential hellfire erupted all around you. Four Dragons of fire manifested around the cross, and three dragons of fire attacked. The ones around the crucified were four legged with a long neck, and the attackers were faceless without wings, with long serpentile bodies. They charged at you with maws of fire to engulf you. |
